Fees/Deadlines:
RACE FEES ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE AND
NON-REFUNDABLE

Individual:
$110 (Through July 14, 2010)
$125 (July 15 - September 24, 2010)

Sprint Age Group Relay (2 or 3 person teams):
$75 (Through July 14, 2010)
$90 (July 15 - September 24, 2010)

Olympic Age Group Relay (2 or 3 person teams):
$130 (Through July 14, 2010)
$145 (July 15 - September 24, 2010)

Sprint Triathlon:
$55 (Through July 14, 2010)
$70 (July 15 - September 24, 2010)

Mandatory Bike Check-In:
Saturday, September 25 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM
In order to provide athletes with an easy and convenient race experience, all athletes must check their bikes into a secured transition area.
No personal or valuable items can be left overnight.

Packet Pick-Up and Ferry Details:
Early Packet Pick-Up: Early packet pick-up will be held at Mack Cycle & Fitness (during store hours) from September 20 - Sept. 22 located at: 5995 Sunset Drive, South Miami, FL 33143-5193. Phone number: 305.661.8363.

Packet pick-up will also be held at race site: (Margaret Pace Park)
Saturday, September 25 1:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Please remember...
You must show your photo ID.
You must pick up your own packet.
You must be a USAT member with valid membership card or One Day Membership.

Emails will be sent two weeks before the race with additional details and instructions (staging, transition area, markings, ferry, and so forth) for race morning. Check back for updates often.

• Before entering transition make sure to pick up your timing chip and get
body marked.
• Rack your bike according to your race number.

Registration Policies
All entries are NON-Refundable, NON-Transferable.
The Publix Escape to Miami Triathlon is sanctioned by USA Triathlon. All participants, including relay team members, must show proof of USAT membership at check-in or purchase a single event permit for $10.

*Race director reserves the right to reschedule and/or alter course/race due to circumstances beyond control.

Deferment Policy

If you have registered for the 2009 race and you determine that you will be unable to participate in the race, you may defer your entry fee to the 2011 race by sending written notification and a $50 administrative fee no later than September 23, 2010. Deferments to 2011 received after the posted date will not be accepted and the administrative fee will be returned or terminated.
